Program Overview
Our internship is designed for candidates who want to learn assisted sales, delivering a unique customer experience and promoting the Skechers brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and engage customers with an exclusive experience, whether the visit lasts 2 minutes or 2 hours.
* Assist in sales: explain product features and benefits, and recommend footwear and accessories that exceed customer expectations.
* Acquire detailed knowledge of all Skechers footwear lines and set up the sales area according to company standards.
* Support colleagues in arranging shipments or transferring merchandise to meet deadlines so customers receive exactly what they want.
* Promote teamwork, ensuring that daily positive energy and enthusiasm from the store team are contagious to patrons.
* Help maintain product placement in both the sales area and warehouse, keeping the store flawless for incoming clients.
Qualifications
* Eligible for an internship arrangement.
* High‑school diploma or equivalent.
* Currently unemployed.
* Has not completed a previous internship for the same role.
Additional Information
* Monthly travel reimbursement of €600.
* Restaurant ticket.
