PSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /ph3Mechanical Supervisor /h3pPosting Date: 6 Feb 2025 /ppLocation: Ravenna, Italy /ppContract Type: Freelance /pp#RINA is currently recruiting to join a prestigious international Oil Gas Project: Mechanical Supervisor /ppbDuration: /b 12 months (at least) /ppbExperience: /b more than 15 years of experience in a similar role in OG sector /ppbEDUCATION: /b /polliTechnical High School Diploma /liliUniversity Degree in Electrical field will be a plus /li /olpbSKILLS and CERTIFICATION: /b /polliGood knowledge (spoken and written) of foreign languages (preferable English, French or Spanish), including technical dictionary will be a plus. /liliGood knowledge in the use of PC including software and applications (e.g. Windows, Office) /liliGood interpersonal and communication skills; /liliKnowledge of the International Quality Standards and applicable design and construction norms and standards. /liliKnowledge and experience of the major standards applied to Oil Gas projects (e.g. EEMUA, API, ISO EN, ASME, AWS, Customer Standards, etc.); /lili(preferable) Level 2 or 3 in NDT Methods (e.g. UT/MT/PT/RT/VT) obtained in an internationally recognized certification scheme (e.g. EN 473, ASNT) /lili(preferable) International diploma in welding technologies (e.g. WE, WT, WI) released by internationally recognized certification scheme (IWF, EWF, CSWIP). /lili(preferable) Certificates related to safety (e.g. BOSIET) for offshore projects. /liliKnowledge of root cause failure analysis techniques, inspection techniques (x-ray, NDT, etc.), corrosion, cathodic protection, etc. /liliCertifications or thorough knowledge of related industry codes standards (such as API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection, API 570 Piping Inspection, and API 653 Above Ground Storage Tank Inspection or any other equivalent certificates will be a plus. /li /olpbDUTIES: /b /polliEnsuring, with support of HS and Environment Manager, the compliance of safety requirements during works execution, according to local legislation in force. /liliMonitoring and tracking the progress of works activities, promptly detecting eventual criticalities or delays and proceeding in problem solving by coordinating with Site Manager, in order to reach schedule objectives defined. /liliPerforming the measurement and classification of work executed and the compilation of the booklets of measurements and accounting (services entry sheet) required for the payment release. /liliEnsuring the implementation of Design Change and Non-Conformity resolution during construction and assembly activities. /liliOverall coordination of construction documents from internal and external sources with consistency to sizing and development procedures established for each project. /liliDevelop, prepare and control submittals for technical construction specifications, schematic drawings, layouts and blueprints. /liliAutoCAD design/drafting as necessary to assist the design team. /liliEnsure design documents are in accordance with the appropriate client requirements and criteria, and that appropriate documentation is applied to all transactions. /liliReview and reconcile Quality Control (QC) documents and field data to ensure design standards are being met. /liliCreate reports to monitor activities relating to project schedule through daily and weekly plans, logs and reports. /liliReviews drawings supplied by vendors, clients, and engineers and architects and recommends necessary changes. /liliKnowledge of local codes and standard about main technical aspects of mechanical construction, construction safety in their latest and most updated version. /li /ol #J-18808-Ljbffr
