For our HQ we are looking for an HR Support & Recruiter on a 12-month fixed-term contract, who will join the HR team in a hybrid role combining operational activities and Talent Acquisition.
We are a global leader in control solutions for air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, as well as systems for humidification and adiabatic cooling. Our products ensure high performance, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Position
The role
You will join the HR HQ team and have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of how an HR structure operates in an international B2B environment. You will support daily HR activities and progressively be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, and more broadly in supporting HR projects and processes.
Key responsibilities
1. Support HR operational activities and main employee lifecycle processes
2. Support the organization of employer branding and HR communication initiatives
3. Contribute to training activities (organization, tracking, logistics and monitoring)
4. Collaborate with the team on cross-functional HR projects
5. Support recruiting processes: job posting, CV screening and interview coordination
6. Manage and update the ATS and candidate database
7. Liaise with Line Managers and internal stakeholders for HR support activities
Requirements
Degree, preferably in HR, Psychology or related fields
Previous internship in HR
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with a proactive mindset
Good knowledge of English
Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital/ATS tools is a plus
