Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment
* Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Conduct routine quality checks to determine compliance with specifications
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sterile manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of SOPs and GMP
* Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
* Ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training is a plus
