YOUR MISSION:As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you play a central role in helping customers understand the real value of our conversational AI platform. You'll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey with us - shaping solutions, validating feasibility, and ensuring each engagement is grounded in business impact. Working in close partnership with Sales, you'll run discovery, design architectures, lead technical evaluations, and support a seamless path from first conversation to successful project.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions.Work closely with assigned sellers, co‐owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory.Develop territory plans, participate in sales calls, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions with customer technical teams.Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations with Product and Engineering.Collaborate with the global Solution Engineering Team, Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales Enablement.Attend industry events, customer meetings, and company offsites.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer (or similar role) at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.Strong technical depth - ideally spanning APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.Experience guiding customers through complex sales cycles.Ability to translate between technical detail and business outcomes with clarity and confidence.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in the local language of the market you cover plus English.A structured, calm approach to problem‐solving, even in high‐pressure situations.NICE TO HAVE:Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony.Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Join a diverse team of 40+ nationalities with flat hierarchies and a collaborative company culture.Opportunity to build and scale your career at the intersection of customer‐facing roles and engineering in a dynamic startup on its journey to become an international leader in SaaS platforms for Conversational AI.Competitive compensation and equity package.Flexible working hours, 28 vacation days and workation opportunities.Access to a training and development budget for continuous professional growth.Hybrid work environment – we value flexibility but believe great collaboration happens when we connect in person.Your recruiting process at Parloa:Recruiter video call → Meet your manager → Case Study → Peer+VP Interviews → Bar Raiser Interview
