Be the company reference point for management control activities;Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing;Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses;Support the annual budget and periodic forecasts;Analyze projects' profitability supporting internal departments to assess root causes in case of deviations;Define and structure of industrial management control activities linked to the production plants;Provide Management support with ad hoc analysis;Have an active role of "Business Partner" towards the Management and the entire organizational structure, with a "Continuous Improvement" approach.
What you need to be successful
Master's degree in Economics or Management engineering;4-5 years of experience in similar role;Professional experience in Industrial machinery industry considered as a plus;Accounting skills applied in controlling/performance measurement contexts;Experience with SAP FI.CO;Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in partnership development, coordination, and negotiation;High level of accountability, with a collaborative, reliable, and results-oriented approach; effective team player;Fluent English (for non-native speakers).
