Coordinate and support planning and forecasting processes (volume, revenue, discounts, costs)Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management and planning meetingsConduct variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarkingDevelop and implement monitoring tools and reports to track margins and ROIPerform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making, including identifying and evaluating risks and opportunitiesContinuously optimise controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the teamWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management
Profile
Degree in business administration or a related fieldStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbersProfessional experience in controlling is an advantageExcellent communication skills and attention to detailInterest in data analysis and enthusiasm for developing improvementsInitiative and ability to work in a teamVery good English, German and Italian language skills
