Position Overview
We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to support our growing team and help shape the company's direction. You will support the Head of FP&A as part of the finance team and collaborate with all departments. Your responsibilities include maintaining the financial model, updating budgets and forecasts, and providing financial insights to the Commercial and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the financial planning model with data from the ERP system and visualization tools.
* Participate in monthly closing activities and collaborate on management reporting and board presentations.
* Work with marketing and commercial management to prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
* Support new business initiatives, including business cases and promotion analyses.
* Partner with the Data team to calculate incentive schemes.
* Enhance forecasting processes and tools for efficiency.
* Collaborate on purchase order management with the accounting team and stakeholders.
* Propose automation improvements for processes and systems.
* Assist the Head of FP&A in building budgets and forecasts by department or business unit.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in financial planning & analysis or a similar finance role.
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field from a reputable institution.
* Strong financial and analytical modeling skills.
* Proficient in Excel, capable of managing large datasets.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a small team.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Flexible and able to handle multiple projects.
* Fluent or advanced in English, both spoken and written.
* Experience in Financial Services is a plus but not required.
