Overview Kelly Services, for an important ICT company, is looking for an Accountant (English Fluent). Responsibilities Enters invoices into accounting system verifying compliance with statutory and fiscal regulations and internal accounting procedures (by matching with purchase orders or direct accounting). Tracks and follows up on invoice discrepancies and provides appropriate information for authorization, including periodic review of workflow aging. Manages employees and vendors' inquiries (domestic and foreign) with a professional, cheerful approach. Prepares and runs scheduled payment proposals and generates files to be transmitted to the bank. Supports period-end activities, including account reconciliations of the AP general ledger. Performs other ad hoc accounts payable activities as assigned (e.g., reporting activities). Qualifications Education: High School Diploma in Accountancy (Ragioneria); B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or Business highly desired. Experience: 2–3 years of experience in General Accounting. Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel; fast and accurate data entry. Required language: English fluent.
