About the Role
For the Italian Production Plant of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (Borgo San Michele – Latina), we are looking for a Master Data Associate to be hired on a 12-month fixed term contract in the Data Readiness Department. The role focuses on SKU conversions, enabling the Latina site as a Launch & Growth site by creating new Launch SKUs and converting existing SKUs.
Responsibilities
* Execute base business activities respecting procedures.
* Guarantee steps execution in pipeline according to the planning date.
* Ensure respect, quality and compliance of the activities you are responsible for.
* Manage Data Readiness procedures according to quality and operative flows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to increase productivity and readiness in the master data department.
* Escalate issues based on performance management (daily, weekly, monthly).
* Manage quality issues related to Data Readiness activities.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, or economics preferred.
* Good knowledge of material master / checklist manager / SAP.
* Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
* Good knowledge of planning process (Master production schedule, detail schedule, budget calculation) preferred.
* Ability to work in a cross‑functional team to ensure correct execution of activities according to timing and quality.
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Skilled in problem‑solving and decision‑making.
* Experience in similar role preferred.
* Proficient English B2 level or above.
