ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
The Manufacturing Engineer designs, implements, and reviews manufacturing procedures and equipment. Responsibilities include researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production. The engineer collaborates with Production, Quality, and Planning departments to support improvements and achieve results.
The role involves analyzing manufacturing costs and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and develop business case studies.
Additionally, the engineer develops relationships with other regions and departments, participating in benchmarking activities.
Responsibilities include:
* Analyzing process measurements (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) to identify improvements
* Analyzing process parameters and managing chemical and physical analyses during production to understand product characteristics and behavior
* Managing DOE and testing plans to optimize process parameters
* Engaging in problem-solving activities focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and lead time reduction
* Managing economics and developing business cases
* Standardizing and optimizing processes
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
* Degree in Engineering
* At least 1 year of experience
* Team-oriented mindset
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time
* Interest in digitalization and information technologies
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
