End to End Supply Chain - Job ID: - 72642 - Alba, CN, IT (Hybrid)- Internship About the Role: Are you curious about how a global Supply Chain works and passionate about optimizing complex logistics systems? Join us for a 6-month curricular internship within our Industrial Supply Chain department, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore two key areas:Development and Transport Planning. You’ll contribute to real projects that ensure the efficiency and reliability of our logistics network, working side by side with experienced professionals in an international and structured environment. Main Responsibilities: As a Curricular Intern in Industrial Supply Chain, you will support our teams in one of the following areas: Development: You’ll contribute to the analysis of logistics processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. You’ll support data collection, database management and KPI monitoring, helping evaluate project progress and benefits. You’ll also collaborate on cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Supply Chain performance. Transport Planning: You’ll assist in organizing and monitoring shipments of finished products, raw materials and packaging between plants, warehouses and customers. You’ll learn how to manage the transport assignment plan, work with carriers, analyze logistics KPIs and propose improvement solutions to optimize transport operations and service levels. Across both areas, you’ll gain hands-on experience in logistics planning, data analysis, process optimization and KPI monitoring, developing a strong understanding of how Ferrero’s Supply Chain supports our global business. About You: You are a Master’s Degree student in Management, Industrial or Logistics Engineering or a related field, with a strong analytical mindset and curiosity for Supply Chain operations. You have a good command of Excel or other analytical tools, attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Fluency in English and Italian is required, as you’ll work in an international context and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. This 6-month full-time curricular internship will give you the chance to learn from real industrial projects, strengthen your technical and analytical skills and contribute to the evolution of one of the world’s most iconic food companies.
