As part of our European HR team, you will also benefit from a strong support network. /p pIf you are highly systems-driven, energized by the complexity of integrations, and have the agility to navigate and deploy corporate processes, let’s get to know you. /p h3General Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the operational HR Business Partner to the respective business leaders for Italy, Great Britain and the Nordics, providing hands‑on advice across the full employee lifecycle aligned to business priorities /li liPerform monthly payroll responsibilities, including preparation, calculation and disbursement of salaries to employees in the respective markets /li liDrive workforce planning, recruitment forecasting, and HR cost management to meet business objectives while controlling budgets and resources /li liPartner with Country Leadership teams on performance management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and day‑to‑day people decisions /li liSupport organization design, restructuring, and change initiatives (including MA where applicable), ensuring effective integration at local level /li liDeliver efficient, high‑quality HR operations by leveraging HR systems, metrics, and standardized processes to enable scalable, compliant, and data‑driven decision‑making, aligned with Group CoEs /li liProvide regional LD administrative support by navigating SuccessFactors Learning, registering and tracking learning hours, and responding to incoming enquiries /li /ul h3Functional Skills and Knowledge /h3 ul liStrong understanding and application of Italian labour law, proficiency of labour law in Great Britain and the Nordics as an advantage /li liExcellent and fluent writing and speaking skills in Italian and English /li liPrior experience with MA integration as an advantage /li liExtensive MS Office and SAP HR knowledge /li liEfficient, proactive, systematic and well organized, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously, attentive to detail, trustworthy and sensitive to other cultures /li liStrong sense of adherence to quality even in hectic situations /li liBased in our office in Milan or London* and willing to travel across multiple sites (if needed) /li liAble to commit to a 12‑month contract duration /li /ul p*Candidates based in the UK with sound knowledge of Italian labour law are encouraged to apply. /p h3Our Company /h3 pDKSH’s purpose is to enrich people’s lives.
