We are looking for a Solution Sales / Technical Support Engineer to join our growing European team, supporting customers across the full sales cycle - from pre-sales to post-sales. Location: Remote (Italy, preferably Lombardy or Emilia Romagna, within 1-2 hours from Bologna - future logistics hub) Department: Europe Marketing Center (direct reporting to Head of Sales, Europe) Work Mode: Remote / No fixed office Responsibilities Pre-Sales Technical Support Understand customer requirements and provide comprehensive technical support. Conduct on-site technical surveys when needed. Develop and deliver pre-sales training materials (online & offline). During-Sales Technical Support Refine installation training materials and deliver client training sessions. Post-Sales Technical Support Respond promptly to customer technical issues and complaints. Deliver O&M training (online & offline). Host technical workshops, seminars, and support trade fair exhibitions. Internal Technical Support Provide technical and quality training for internal employees in Europe. Qualifications Fluent in English and Italian. Knowledge of photovoltaic storage systems, inverters, batteries, and mounting brackets. Minimum 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry (household PV storage systems preferred). Work remotely with flexible arrangements.
