We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused IT Specialist - Site Support to join our onsite IT team in Italy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real user problems, providing high-quality technical support, and working in a fast-paced environment that spans office, warehouse, and light industrial areas.
You will play a key role in supporting end users, workplace technologies, and local IT operations while collaborating closely with regional and global IT teams.

In this role your main accountabilities will be:
Provide onsite L1 and L2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, meeting room systems, and end user software
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, VPN, networking, printing, and collaboration tools
Deliver high quality walk-up, desk side, and remote support across office, warehouse, and light industrial environments
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain end user devices, including setups for new hires, replacements, reassignments, and decommissions
Support account related activities in coordination with centralized IT teams (password resets, access troubleshooting, group membership validation)
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring accurate and timely completion of hardware, software, and account tasks
Troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity issues, including basic checks on network ports, switches, VLANs, Wi Fi, and DHCP
Support workplace and meeting room AV technologies (Teams Rooms, display sharing, cameras, microphones, and other peripherals)
Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, asset records, and knowledge base content
Escalate issues appropriately to higher level support teams, vendors, or application/infrastructure owners, staying engaged through resolution
Participate in local IT projects such as office moves, hardware refreshes, room technology rollouts, printer changes, and infrastructure improvements
Assist with IT inventory management, lifecycle management, and stock control
Follow corporate security, compliance, and data protection standards, including IT policies, asset handling procedures, and GDPR requirements
Identify recurring issues and recommend practical, user focused improvements
To make the above work, we are looking for a young professional who is a practical problem-solver with a hands-on mindset.
Other essential requirements:
2–5 years of experience in IT Support (L1/L2, Helpdesk, Desktop or Onsite Support) in a corporate environment
Strong technical skills with Windows *****, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps) and basic AD/Entra ID concepts
Proven ability to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and common software issues
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi Fi, switching) and VPN connectivity
Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems and working with SLAs
Strong communication, customer service mindset, and professional onsite presence; ability to stay calm under pressure
Ability to work autonomously onsite while coordinating with remote IT teams; valid driver's license
Good working proficiency in English and fluency in Italian
(Preferred) Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environments, plus support for macOS and mobile/industrial devices (badge printers, label printers, scanners)

Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM), Cisco/Meraki environments, asset management, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
