As a Digital and CRM Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Guerlain Digital team in various activities.
This includes coordination and management of content-flow and visibility plans of e-retailers, delivery of CRM communications, optimization and management of the contents of Italian Guerlain e-commerce to promote growth on its traffic and sell out.
Responsibilities:
* Coordination and management of content-flow and visibility plans of e-retailers
* Delivery of CRM communications
* Optimization and management of the contents of Italian Guerlain e-commerce
* Management of daily activities of Guerlain digital channels
* Monitoring of digital, social, and CRM activations of brand competitors and e-retailers
* Implementation of new digital tools and applications
Profile:

* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and relational skills
* Desire to learn, proactivity, and ability to work in a team and independently
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
