**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Deskside Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to users.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting issues related to personal hardware and software. You will also be responsible for installing, moving, and de-installing hardware, as well as managing small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide face-to-face IT support to users;
* Diagnose problems related to personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.);
* Test system and application changes, prepare scripts in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
* Manage small projects related to new hardware or software installations;
* Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM;
**Requirements:**
* 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization;
* General end-user technology knowledge;
* Experience with End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
* Experience with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
* Experience with ITSM tools (ticket management software) is preferred;
* Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills;
* Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken;
