Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer with expertise in UX/UI design to lead the development of an intuitive and visually engaging knowledge base within Frontify. This role combines technical proficiency with user-centered design principles to create a seamless experience for internal teams and external stakeholders accessing brand and service documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Develop Knowledge Base: Maintain a structured, user-friendly knowledge base in Frontify, ensuring content is easy to navigate and visually aligned with brand guidelines.UX/UI Optimization: Apply best practices in UX/UI to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience for the knowledge base platform.Frontify Configuration & Customization: Configure Frontify modules, templates, and integrations to support dynamic content and scalable architecture.Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, brand managers, and IT teams to ensure accurate and consistent information delivery. Closing gaps where processes do not align between departments.Governance & Compliance: Actively communicate with and push collaborators to keep content updated and accurate, enforcing standards to maintain the platform as the Single Source of Truth.Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements to optimize performance and engagement.Documentation & Training: Create guidelines and provide training for internal teams on how to use and update the knowledge base effectively.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise: Proficiency in Frontify platform configuration and integration.UX/UI Design Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement.Secur
