Ph3About the Role /h3 pFor our Ferrero plant in Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV), we are looking for a bPeople Business Partner Specialist /b, who will provide support to all Human Resources processes and services within the site, contributing to the main industrial levers in close collaboration with the local Human Resources team. /p pThe role reports to the bPlant People Business Partner /b. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pBy covering this position, you will carry out a variety of tasks and activities. You will bsupport the HR function /b, contributing to the execution of HR processes at plant level and supporting the application of Group guidelines and alignment with Region HR to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives. /p pConcerning bTalent Acquisition /b, you will support recruitment, hiring and internal/international mobility activities, collaborating with Line Management to identify candidates aligned with Ferrero values and organisational needs. You will handle the operational organisation of recruitment phases (screening, interviews, documentation). /p pYou will support the bimplementation of Group HR policies /b at plant level, assisting in the planning and monitoring of btraining plans /b, contributing to the organisation of initiatives and gathering development needs. /p pWith regards to bbudget management and HR planning /b, you will collaborate with the team to monitor HR and OVH costs and KPIs, ensuring accurate data tracking and alignment with the budget. /p pAbout bEmployee Relations and Labour negotiations /b, you will assist in activities related to industrial relations, including documentation preparation and operational support in interactions with trade union representatives. /p pYou will provide support to ensure timely badministrative tasks /b and compliance with HR regulatory requirements. /p pMoreover, you will collaborate with all the Plant functions, offering operational support, facilitating the correct application of procedures and regulatory requirements. /p pYou will also act as a bcompany ambassador /b, promoting Ferrero values and behaviours, fostering collaboration, and supporting colleagues across all functions as a role model for a positive and inclusive work environment. /p h3About You /h3 pYou will bring your Master’s Degree background and your b4-5 years of experience /b as an HR professional in similar roles within industrial or structured environments, in which you deal with bindustrial relations and unions /b. /p pYour capability to combine bsolid HR operational knowledge with strong interpersonal skills /b, ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation and a bgenuine passion for working with people /b will help you succeed in the role.
