Job Description
We are going to replace a valuable and senior colleague who will retire and we are looking for a Customer Service Export Coordinator who will manage the end-to-end order process for international distributors, ensuring timely and accurate handling of export orders. The role involves close coordination with internal departments and direct communication with foreign customers to guarantee high service levels.
Responsibilities
* Manage export orders: entry, tracking, and follow-up.
* Manage the team of cs specialists ensuring to reach the sales objectives
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and shipping to ensure delivery timelines are met.
* Maintain regular communication with international distributors regarding order status, product availability, and documentation.
* Prepare export documentation (invoices, delivery notes, certificates, etc.).
* Handle complaints and non-conformities in collaboration with the quality and sales teams.
* Provide back-office support to the export sales team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or export coordination within industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in ERP systems ( knowledge of D365 will be a plus) and order management tools.
* Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
