It aims to harmonize global processes and enable a modern, data‑driven, scalable way of working, leveraging next-generation technology and the evolution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. /p h3Job purpose /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to support the redesign and deployment of the Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end process, covering the full journey from customer order receipt to payment collection. /p pThe role supports the OTC end-to-end leader and team in driving process mining at global level, identifying value opportunities, contributing to redesign, supporting alignment, analysis and execution across all Barilla regions worldwide. /p pThis position sits at the heart of a large-scale global transformation, offering strong international exposure, hands-on responsibility and a steep learning curve. /p h3Main Accountabilities /h3 ul liContribute to “as‑is” Order to Cash (OTC) process mapping and mining in all markets (24 local teams worldwide) where Barilla operates with the aim to identify opportunities of model / process rethinking, and value driven initiatives. /li liCoordinate with regional teams and serve as a pivot to the end-to-end OTC team — receiving local inputs, structuring them, transforming them into actionable insights, and returning clear guidance and deliverables to support global design. /li liSupport workshops and analysis throughout the business process redesign and detailed design phases. /li liContribute to planning and coordination for deployment activities across regions. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liAbout 3 years’ experience, preferably in the FMCG, with knowledge of customer management, supply chain footprint and/or planning. /li liExperience in process analysis, modelling, and improvement. /li liUnderstanding of ERP/SAP is a plus. /li liStrong analytical and results-oriented project management capabilities. /li liStrong team-working approach, ability to work with autonomy, strong drive, and influencing skills. /li liDegree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office /li liFluency in English and basic Italian. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work on a high‑impact global transformation initiative. /li liHands‑on learning in end-to-end process design, KPI definition, and global deployment. /li liA dynamic environment with exposure to senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. /li liHybrid ways of working /li liGiven the project-based nature of B-One, we offer an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on the evolution of the program and project needs. /li /ul pAt Barilla, we are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity in all its forms is valued and embraced.
