This includes deploying, monitoring and maintaining networks and system architectures, as well as troubleshooting and resolving errors or inefficiencies to ensure all systems run smoothly and reliably. /p pThe role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to help define system requirements and actively contributing to the training and knowledge transfer for junior engineers and technicians, fostering their technical development. /p pbWhat You’ll Do: /b /p pThe main responsibilities of this role are: /p ul liMaintain back and front‑end applications, and in identifying and fixing issues that impact systems infrastructure and QoS /li liSupport Manager in developing a structured framework to determine potential inefficiencies and problems based on the analysis of network data and infrastructure /li liTake part in the exchanges with the management team for the assessment and definition of the systems requirements /li liManage the deployment, monitoring and maintaining of network architecture and computer systems infrastructure, and the deployment and maintaining of automation tools /li liProvide training and knowledge exchange for junior system engineers and technicians /li /ul pbWhat You’ll Need: /b /p ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or mathematics /li liExperience of at least 3 years in a similar role, with focus technical troubleshooting. Preference for candidates having covered a similar role in the telecommunications industry /li liDetail‑oriented with good interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills /li liAbility to work in a team /li liCapability to work under intense pressure, and problem‑solving skills /li liHigh degree of commitment and diligence /li liGood knowledge of Linux, Windows and Virtualization Environment (VMWare, KVM, AWS, Azure) /li liStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and related concepts (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, HTTP, NTP) /li liKnowledge of SAN and Fiber channel network management /li liKnowledge of SQL and XML languages, shell scripting, Java and Python /li liKnowledge of backup systems such as Veeam or Bacula /li liExperience with oriented programming and system integration /li liExcellent written and oral skills in English, French is an asset /li /ul pbWhere You’ll Be /b: Turin or Cagliari, Italy.
