Description
The ROLE
We are seeking multiskilled operators to join our Gold Coast-based Plant Operations team, servicing projects from Brisbane to Northern NSW. The successful applicants will be responsible for the following:
* Operate plant machinery such as excavators, loaders, graders, rollers, and skid steers.
* Conduct daily prestart checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure safe operation.
* Follow instructions of site supervisors to achieve project objectives.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site-specific WHS requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and submit timesheets and dockets in a timely manner.
About YOU
* Demonstrated experience operating plant equipment with GPS to a final trim level.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Commitment to safety.
Multiskilled Operators will be highly regarded.
