About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist, where you will be responsible for providing second-level support to customers and resolving technical issues related to Automation Platforms. You will work independently in Italy or Germany territory and in Europe when needed, installing and maintaining automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and standalone laboratory environments.
The ideal candidate will have a background in biomedical engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in technical support and field service, preferably in the diagnostics market. Early careers are also welcome if they have troubleshooting experience gained during thesis or internships. Proficient English language skills are mandatory, and the ability to travel throughout the country and occasionally to other European countries is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide second-level technical support to customers and resolve technical issues related to Automation Platforms.
* Install and maintain automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and standalone laboratory environments.
* Work independently in Italy or Germany territory and in Europe when needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in technical support and field service, preferably in the diagnostics market.
* Early careers are also welcome if they have troubleshooting experience gained during thesis or internships.
* Proficient English language skills.
* Ability to travel throughout the country and occasionally to other European countries.
