**What you’ll do**:
- Implement the best Sourcing Strategies for Spares Parts in Business Area Europe, ensuring proper execution and compliance.
- Accountability on supplier cost, performance, components availability.
- Supplier Relationship Management, cooperation with suppliers to maximize the potential value of those relationship.
- Search alternative and innovative solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders and suppliers.

**Who you are**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or Engineering (ideally Electronics path).
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience, preferably in Purchasing.
- Familiarity with ERP System, preferably SAP.
- Analytical approach, with excellent data management skills.
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Great collaboration skills and can-do attitude.
- Fluent English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.
**Where you’ll be**:
As preferred location you’ll be based in an international context in the central office for Food Preservation in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice. Any other sites across Europe can be an option. Benefits include:
