Global third line support engineer

Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAscom seeks a Global Third Line Support Engineer to act as a technical expert within the support organization in Gothenburg. You will handle escalated incidents, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement of our solutions for global service teams. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose complex issues and document findings.
