Your mission
Manage administrative and operational processes in line with internal regulations
Draft and process sales contracts and delivery orders in CRM/SAP
Prepare delivery notes and ensure accurate data entry and workflow tracking
Monitor Italian stock inventory (inbound/outbound) and coordinate with warehouse staff
Provide clear reports and maintain daily communication with Sales Managers and Chinese leadership
Your profile
Experience in administration, operations management, and data entry
Knowledge of operational procedures within Italian market
Organized, detail-oriented and reliable in handling multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and international mindset (English required)
Chinese language skills preferred
Team-oriented, flexible, and capable of maintaining structured workflows
