We are looking for talented professionals for the role of Payroll Specialist in C-Global Payroll team. Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and growing environment to onboard new clients.
Your role
Your key duties and responsibilities:
* Process and check payslips for national collective labor agreements in the credit, commerce, and metalworking sectors
* Process and check pension fund flows, union dues, and health insurance funds
* Process and check accounting statements and personnel provisions
* Process and check Uniemens, F24, INAIL self-assessment, severance pay substitute tax, single certifications, form 770
* Process and check data useful to the actuary for IAS19 purposes, data for the IRAP tax wedge
Your responsibilities include:
* Handle administrative back-office tasks
* Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions
* Ensure precision, transparency, and accuracy in all client communications and internal/external process activities
* Analyzing regulatory updates
* Reporting any procedural anomalies through a ticketing system
* Monitoring that anomalies are resolved correctly

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
* Degree in economics
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* Preferred qualification: knowledge of ADP's ISU One Service
