How you’ll live your ambition
We’re looking for a talented professional to join the IT Project Manager – Reservation Systems, at the Company’s Headquarter in Genoa – Italy.
Your role is to strengthen the team and drive the roadmap towards business objectives. You will manage the delivery of projects and the evolution roadmap of applications in the Reservation systems area.
You will join a team dedicated to managing application portfolios and evolution roadmaps, partnering with business lines and coordinating IT delivery teams to identify, design and implement IT solutions that optimize customer experience and increase process efficiency.
* Optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies between IT strategy and business
* Define application portfolio strategy and evolution roadmap
* Design software solutions according to state-of-the-art technology paradigms
* Coordinate application delivery teams allocating capacity according to company priorities
* Coordinate vendors involved in the application delivery process
* Facilitate team collaboration
Get things right
* Prioritize projects by planning and scheduling resources efficiently
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
What makes you unique
* Strong experience (at least 5 years) in global companies’ technology programs implementation
* Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in STEM areas/Information Technology
* Track record as Applications Delivery Manager and knowledge of different methodologies
* Business analysis & data management competences
* Strong knowledge of applications delivery in cloud
* Effectiveness in engaging resources inside and outside the organization
* Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools
* Fluent English is essential (B2 level); any other foreign language is a plus
* Promoting openness and transparency, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Excellence in teamwork and the ability to inspire others
