Posizione: NHOA is looking for a Quality Document Controller to join the Quality Assurance and Control Team in Cosio Valtellino (SO). Task and duties - Compilation and preparation of NHOA quality department documents, ready to be sent to the clients - Request, verification and archiving of the Supplier quality documents - Support the quality department in managing Non-conformities and during the Supplier audit inspections, especially with regard of the collection of documentation; - Support in defining and drafting quality procedures, instructions, templates, registers to be updated or issued in order to ensure an effective supervision and control of all the processes. - Actively contribute to the development p of NHOA quality management process - Conduct gap analysis on supply chain areas with the aim of defining and drafting new processes and procedures to ensure internal processes quality - Support the design of the new processes needed in close cooperation with the Head of, always checking the feasibility of the proposed solutions with all the functions directly involved in their implementation - In close cooperation with the Head of, conduct audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements Requisiti: Qualification and experience - Previous experience in industrial and manufacturing field appreciated - Ability to understand context overall picture; - Ability to work in a team; - Good initiative and proactivity; - Good knowledge of written and spoken English; - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Previous experience Management System software SAP appreciated Altre informazioni: Location:Hybrid remote and Cosio Valtellino (SO) What we offer: - A permanent full time contract; - An ambitious employer; we only want the best for you; - Professional experience in an international environment with frequent contact with other colleagues and partner around the world; - Strengthen cross-functional communication skills; - Be part of the young (35 on avg.) and international (30 nationalities) group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment; - A fast career track like only few other companies can match; - Always room for new ideas!
