PbPurpose of the Job: /b Responsible for site IACS (Industrial Automation and Control System) maintenance and engineering activities, including new system design, existing system development, cost reduction, technology/research, and lifecycle product support. Manage plant process control and safety systems maintenance to ensure safety, legal compliance, and proper process control. /ppbMain Accountabilities: /b /pulliDevelop, program, and manage existing industrial control and safety systems to enhance reliability and security of chemical processes. /liliAssist manufacturing operations with problem solving related to automated systems. /liliManage the lifecycle of safety systems to minimize process safety risks. /liliOversee IACS cybersecurity to meet company standards and ensure safe IT/OT integration. /liliConduct preventive maintenance for IACS, ensuring system reliability, spare parts availability, and safety stock.
