/ppstrongWorkshop/Line Manager /strong /ppstrongPURPOSE OF THE JOB /strong /ppThe purpose of the job is to Manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) in the Line/Workshop including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager of all the employees of the manufacturing organization who belong to this Manufacturing Line/Workshop /ppstrongMAIN RESPONSABILITIES /strong /ppThe main responsibilities the phases of the project execution, for the manufacturing activities belonging to the Line/Workshop are. /pulliFrom TTM up to CGR, responsible forulliManufacturing contribution toulliIndustrial QCD Management, /liliSupply chain process definition validation /liliQuality plan validation /liliIndustrialization. /li /ul /liliManufacturing contribution of EHS risks Ergonomics analysis /liliManufacturing preparation of the line/workshopulliManufacturing planning preparation (workload, … /liliManufacturing resources skills management (staffing, trainings, qualification, …) /liliIndustrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturing /liliAPSYS deployment (shop floor tools) preparation, /li /ul /li /ul /liliAs of CGR up to FQA, is responsible forulliThe finalization of manufacturing preparation of the line/workshop /liliThe complete scope of manufacturing activities for the product on the line/workshop, which also includesulliIntermediate Handover (EPU level) including intermediate applied configuration (= as manufactured), self-inspections, dynamic checklist, NCR, rework, missing parts, waivers/deviations, incomplete operations, … /liliOn time, closing of work orders in MES /liliProductive Nonproductive hours booked in MES of all operators /liliFull APSYS deployment on the line/workshop /li /ul /liliSQCD performance, and tracking the associated KPI /liliContinuous improvement of SQCD performanceulliOptimizations of workstations via application of APSYS Tools /li /ul /liliIssues ManagementulliIssues are raised in MES on time /liliAnimation of corrective action issue (e.g. QRQC) /li /ul /liliOrganization of the execution of changes to the product, (if applicable) /liliRetrofit responsibilities as hierarchical manager of the employees belonging to the manufacturing line/workshop are /pulliResponsible for time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, and assure compliance with local legislation, /liliResponsible for continuously improving occupational safety, including contractors (if applicable) working for the manufacturing line/workshop, /liliResponsible for the development, which means further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes, as well as general technological and personal qualification, /liliResponsible for the PMC (People Management Cycle) as per local HR policy, /liliResponsible for the implementation and application of the corporate policies (IRIS, EHS,
