How you’ll make an impact
* Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with few complex features.
* Act as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline.
* Collaborate on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, clarifying potential issues and providing technical support.
* Assist in creating proposals for projects through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates, and perform risk analysis before submitting proposals.
* Oversee the creation of subcontract and manage subcontractors jointly with other involved functions, including supply chain management.
* Ensure engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
* Lead and coordinate teams in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on low complexity projects. Lead single or multi-discipline engineering teams of less than 5 people.
Your Background
* Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
* 5/7 years of relevant previous work experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants.
* Able to work with different and multiple stakeholders, proven expertise in coordination of projects and people.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian.
