The Chief Financial Officer will be proactively involved in developing and guiding the Administration, Finance, and Control functions by monitoring processes, procedures, and activities. The CFO will support the Management Team in strategic decisions and in achieving corporate goals. Responsibilities include : Supervising the controlling process flow, from structuring analytical accounting and reporting models to budgeting and monitoring company performance, supporting corporate strategy. Managing relations with credit institutions, cash flows (controlling working capital and investment activities), and NFP (including acquisition financing management). Preparing budget plans and elaborating monthly economic, patrimonial, and financial reports. Interacting with the CEO, Board of Directors, and shareholders to define and share business trends, corporate, and functional objectives and budgets. Developing and supervising the creation of complex financial models, valuation analyses, investment memos, board materials, and other presentations. Owning reporting and compliance responsibilities, including performance reports and ongoing valuation analyses for leadership, Board, LPs, and regulatory requirements. Assisting senior leadership in future fundraising processes, conducting market research, shaping investment theses, and preparing marketing materials. Measuring company performance using reporting tools, analyzing deviations from budgets, and implementing corrective actions. Ensuring administrative and accounting processes, procedures, and activities comply with administrative, accounting, and tax obligations.
