THE ROLE
You will play a key role in building and evolving Holifya’s technology platform.
This is a hands-on role for a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys shipping high-impact features and working closely with product, design, and founders in a fast-paced startup environment.
You won’t be expected to “own everything” — but you will be expected to contribute meaningfully, think critically, and ship with high standards.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our core product:
* Develop and maintain features across the full stack
* Backend: Supabase / PostgreSQL
* Frontend: React / TypeScript
* Mobile: React Native
* Infrastructure: Vercel (AWS legacy environment)
* Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable code
* Collaborate closely with founders, design, and data teams
* Contribute to architectural discussions and suggest improvements
* Integrate third-party services (Stripe, Cal.com, lab systems, insurance APIs)
* Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
* Help optimize performance, reliability, and developer experience
* Support implementation of AI-powered features within the product (e.g. automation tools, data-driven personalization)
* You will focus on execution, quality, and iteration speed.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Non-negotiables:
* Milan-based (in person ~3 days/week)
* 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development
* Strong experience with TypeScript and React
* Solid backend experience (Node.js environment, PostgreSQL)
* Experience building and shipping production features end-to-end
* Experience working with third-party API integrations
* Preference for working in fast-paced startup environments
* High proficiency in English (Italian strongly preferred)
* High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail
Strong plus / nice to have (not mandatory):
* Experience in early-stage startups
* Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, fintech, or regulated industries
* Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS
* Exposure to AI-powered features or automation tools
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel)
