We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in within the Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.
How you make the difference
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Business Controlling team, contributing to financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support for the Business Unit.
How your agenda looks like:
* Support the preparation of Budget and Forecast processes for your perimeter;
* Perform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results;
* Analyze business performance versus budget and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances;
* Prepare clear and insightful financial reporting to support management decision-making;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data;
* Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems.
Your team:
You will report directly to our Finance Senior Manager.
What makes you a great fit:
* Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
* Experience: at least 4 years of experience in Controlling or similar finance roles
* Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
* Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required
