Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, the Quality System, or formal agreements with clients.
* Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.
* Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times.
* Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent to serve as Lead Auditor.
* Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow up within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Meet professional standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
* Contribute to a positive and effective work environment.
* Work well within a team, guide others, and complete reviews and goals on time.
* Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and clients.
* Use production tools correctly for auditing and data management to support certification processes.

Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified as a third-party auditor under voluntary management system schemes or equivalent experience.
* APSCA qualification, SA8000 qualification, or social audit experience is preferred.
* Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English are advantageous.
* Availability to travel within Italy.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Positive, results-oriented attitude.
* Good organizational skills.
