TXT e-Tech is looking for Project Engineers to join new digital projects focusing on software solutions, digital platforms, data‑driven services, AI, digital twin technologies and web/mobile applications.
The role is responsible for the planning, execution and control of digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality and requirements. The Project Engineer acts as a bridge between business, analysts and development teams, translating operational needs into concrete digital solutions and managing the entire project lifecycle.
Main responsibilities
* Project Management
o Plan and manage digital projects end‑to‑end (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure).
o Define project scope, milestones, budget, timelines and KPIs.
o Manage risks, dependencies, change requests and priorities.
o Ensure the adoption of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.
* Technical Coordination
o Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements (BRD, backlog).
o Coordinate software architectures, system integrations, data flows and interfaces.
o Collaborate with development teams and Data Analysts.
o Validate technical solutions against requirements and company standards.
* Stakeholder Management
o Act as a point of reference between business owners, development teams, Data Analysts, external suppliers and technology partners.
o Prepare and lead project status meetings, steering committees and design reviews.
o Clearly communicate project status, issues and corrective action.
* Quality & Delivery
o Ensure the quality of digital solutions (testing, UAT, validation).
o Support production release and post‑delivery phases.
o Ensure proper technical and operational documentation.
* Knowledge & Experience
o Knowledge of software and digital projects (web, mobile, cloud, data, AI).
o Basic experience with IT architectures, APIs, system integrations and data platforms.
o Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban and/or Waterfall methodologies.
o Ability to read and contribute to technical documentation (SRS, SOW, roadmaps).
o Skills in planning and controlling timelines, costs and resources.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The profile is completed by good communication and negotiation skills, a strong focus on results, functional leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, as well as a flair for innovation and continuous improvement.
