Office and Travel Administrative Officer (Outsourced contract)

*
* Office inspection and responsible for office housekeeping and cleanliness
* Hotel & air-tickets booking
* Receive & Distribute letters & parcels from couriers
* Order pantry, stationary and other office commodities
* Order name card for office & store staff
* Negotiate and co-ordinate with external and internal parties, such as contractors, suppliers and vendors
* Prepare payment and travel expense
* Monitor office staff schedules
* Manage the plants in office area
* Act as a main contact point with our IT support - Principle One, as well as create & terminate employees’ email accounts
* Coordinate with office maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs, other damage of office facilities) and office renovation
* Arrange office cleaning, carpet & pest control
* Update telephone list
* Secretarial/General HR work for HR department
* Outside office assistant job
* Assist in organize festival event e.g. Annual Dinner and Christmas Party

Requirements
*
* Bachelor’s degree holder or above
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Mature, responsible, xjrgpwk diligent, detail‑minded and well‑organized
* High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality
* Able to handle multi‑tasks and work under pressure and fast‑paced working environment
* Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command in MS Office software skills e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
