The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support to our customers. ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES•Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.•Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner.•Document and track customer issues and resolutions.•Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.•Work with product development teams to identify and fix bugs.•Stay up-to-date on the latest software releases and updates.•Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
