The Delivery Coordinator reports to the General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Meet with sales team every morning to schedule deliveries
Meet with F&I Manager every morning to see if day\'s deliveries are in their office
Verify paperwork & scan to CBO (central billing office) for billing
Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by customer
Be contact person for CBO questions and/or missing documents
Follow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the run
After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc.
Return deals to CBO within 24-48 hours
Meet daily with F&I Managers to review funding delays
Help resolve funding delays in timely manner
