IRCCS ISMETT ISMETT, Istituto Mediterraneo per i Trapianti e Terapie ad Alta Specializzazione, is a multidisciplinary organ transplant center recognized as an IRCCS. It is a center of high specialization with international partnership, accredited by JCI and ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HIMSS stage 6, and EMRAM stage 6.
Position Unlimited and tempo parziale permanent employment for: Addetto/a al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (Rif. ASPP/25 PT).
Responsibilities
Assess, manage, and prevent risks in the hospital environment.
Collaborate with the RSPP to manage integrated safety-environment systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and ensure compliance with Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, focusing on the FMS chapter.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Registration in the professional register.
Complete ASPP training (modules A and B – ATECO 86 sanità) valid for Sicily.
Preferred Titles
At least 2 years of documented experience in hospital or complex structures (IRCCS, Policlinic).
Experience in JCI-accredited environments.
Master or specialization courses in work safety, environmental management or HSE systems.
RSPP certification (Module C).
ISO 45001/ISO 14001 internal auditor qualification.
Advanced knowledge of D.Lgs. 81/08, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
Knowledge of JCI standards, especially FMS chapter.
Capacity to read and understand hospital technical documentation.
Profile Operational autonomy, strong analytical capacity, precision and reliability in document management, excellent relational skills for effective interaction with clinicians, technicians, maintenance staff and auditors, teamwork orientation, stress management, flexibility, communication and organization, time management, efficiency in handling emergencies.
