The candidate will act as a brand ambassador, conveying the Brand's philosophy and values to maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and building brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding the client into our world. The candidate will also be responsible for stock management in terms of KPIs, corporate guidelines and procedures, facilitating the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimizing stock losses. The role includes implementing guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcome and serve the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. /li liMaintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools. /li liBe proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. /li liStay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors. /li liDemonstrate brand and product knowledge. /li liDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. /li liMaintain the shop floor and visual displays to a high standard, complying with company guidelines and stock procedures. /li liContribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts. /li liEnsure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during handling. /li liProperly manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas. /li liOrganize, manage and perform product counting and stock-takes. /li liEnsure correct product flow tracking through the SAP system. /li liManage product flow during repairs. /li liManage stockroom activities related to markdowns. /li liGuarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines and deadlines. /li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul liFluent spoken English expected.
