What you will do\n- Define and drive the country procurement strategy in alignment with global and regional direction\n- Act as a strategic partner to the business, influencing decisions and driving commercial outcomes\n- Ensure effective supplier strategies

, performance management, and long-term partnerships\n- Drive the implementation of tools, systems, and operating models aligned with global standards\n- Lead procurement in a highly regulated public sector environment

, in compliance with country laws and regulations\n- Ensure compliance with food safety,

Strong leadership experience

, building and developing high-performing teams\n- A proven ability to drive both commercial impact and cost performance\n- A solid understanding of responsible sourcing, compliance, and quality requirements\n-

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix organization\n-
\n
Strong communication and storytelling skills

, enabling you to align and inspire across functions\n- A hands-on, pragmatic approach, combined with strategic thinking\n- Proficient in Italian (mandatory) and advanced in English\n- Experience with procurement tools, ERP systems, and digital transformation is considered a strong advantage\n- Extensive experience in the Food & Beverage sector would be highly appreciated\n- Right to work in Italy is required
