We are looking for a strong leader with: - Management of a team of approx. 25 employees - Solid background in luxury retail in a similar role or high-performing ASM level - Fluency in Italian and English - Exceptional customer care, CRM & clienteling expertise - A stable career history – we are seeking committed and loyal professionals - Full 360° management experience, including HR & People management at a high level - Proven ability to lead mature, strong personalities - A dynamic, commercial and structured mindset with a product-focused approach - Impeccable presentation and genuine brand engagement We are open to profiles currently based outside of Rome, provided there is flexibility to relocate.
