The company has over twenty-five divisions and stands out for innovation, team spirit, excellence, and reliability.Currently, we are strengthening our team within the Construction area.ResponsibilitiesCoordination of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly activities for the plant unit, coordination of potential external suppliers.Assistance to the Construction Manager during the project implementation phases.Ensures coordination and liaison between headquarters and construction sites, in particular with technical offices, purchasing departments, project managers and construction management.Oversees the drafting of the work schedule and verifies legislative compliance in the country where the construction site is located.Assesses whether the allocated budget is adequate for the work schedule and reports any inconsistencies to management.Assists in the development of the Operational Safety Plan (POS).Defines the necessary technical and professional requirements (including visas, work permits, qualifications, etc.) for personnel or companies that will be employed on the construction sites.Verifies the documentation produced by the construction site and requests its timely submission (work progress reports, timesheets, non-conformities, etc.).Checks the costs of the contract (preparation of the Cost Summary) and reports any "out-of-pocket" or "extra costs" to management.Technical RequirementsDegree in Engineering / industrial technical diploma - 5/6 years of experience in the field.Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (civil, mechanical, piping, electrical);Project planning tools and methodologies;Material and equipment purchasing and shipping processes;Plant installation and startup processes;Management of international contracts and subcontracts;Project financial and economic management;Project Risks Analysis;Product and site safety.Soft SkillsProblem solvingProactivityTeam WorkingGood organizational skills and work orientation towards objectivesBusiness UnitDanieli Construction operates worldwide with its own handling and transport equipment and through specialised and trained personnel, covering the full range of services related to the installation of civil works and MEIP (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping) for industrial plants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
