The R&D; Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the operation of our pilot line, with a focus on mixing technology, roll-to-roll coating, and pouch cell assembly for Italian batteries. This position requires a deep understanding of battery manufacturing processes, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a small team of operators. Key Responsibilities: Pilot Line Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pilot line, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the operation of mixing technology, roll-to-roll coating, and pouch cell assembly processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production. Team Leadership:
