Senior specialist - Digital Acquisition NOWRole Responsibilities:You will join the Digital Advertising team within the Digital Acquisition unit and will help to manage NOW Sport campaigns across the entire digital funnel (from awareness to performance).The goal is to effectively showcase our sports content (UEFA / Motorsports / Tennis / Basketball, etc.) to users through paid advertising (social, video strategy, search, etc.) in order to acquire new customers.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the definition of full-funnel digital advertising plans for the various launches of our sports contentSupport the definition of budget allocation together with Marketing and the Media agency, managing the awareness/performance split across all channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Support on coordination of creative assets with the Communication team and external agenciesSupport on coordination with Marketing to identify which sports events to promote through digital advertising campaigns, including viewing appointmentsSupport on coordination with media partnersfor campaign setup and troubleshootingMonitor reporting through dashboards and Excel, using data provided by the agency, and extract additional insights via Tableau or Adobe AnalyticsOptimize campaigns based on performance data, contributing to adjustments in budget allocation across channelsSupport the delivery of qualitative and quantitative insights on campaign results to Marketing and Top ManagementSupport on coordination with Sky's media and digital brand/trading teams to avoid overlap across different touchpointsSupport on coordination with UK teams on Martech-related developmentsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Passion for digital advertising fieldsStrong passion for sports contentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to coordinate across different business functionsStrong problem-solving mindsetProject management attitudeFluency in EnglishSky favorisce l'inserimento di ogni forma di talento.
