A historic textile company in the Bergamo is seeking a new graduate to support Internation Brand Marketing Team to carry out the following activities: Define competition analysis, focusing on market trends and promotional activities.Define initiative for international brands at local level along with Go to Market teamOversee the development and management of the Brand Profit & Loss (P&L)Define End-of-Life (EOL) initiatives for products.Develop and implement pricing strategies for international brands within the portfolio.Propose packaging initiatives, including hard packaging and artwork development for Dim and PlaytexDevelop and manage the annual brand calendar, identifying key below-the-line (BTL) initiatives aligned with brand objectives.Drive the implementation of ad-hoc initiatives for each brand, ensuring successful execution in the market.Provide briefs and guidelines to the communication team based on the brand calendar.Our Perfect Candidate:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar fieldsExcellent knowledge of the English languageKnowledge of French will be considered a plusExcellent use of the Microsoft Office suiteFlexibility and a team-oriented attitude What we offer:CanteenAccess to corporate agreements
