Established in 2008, BauWatch has grown significantly and operates in multiple European countries. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs Operations Team Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of our depot in location on a day to day basis. You will have the right technical knowledge to analyse and resolve any issues that might arise with our products when they’re on site – whether that’s at set up, or during the period of hire. You will be responsible for the management of the Service Technicians and Drivers, ARC (alarm receiving centre) Specialists, Customer Service and Planner and you’ll work closely with roles and other members of the Team to attend to customer’s queries and requests. Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsuring all the activities are carried out safely and in compliance with the policies and procedures laid out, including raising any concerns on safety with the Managing Director. /li liReporting accurately and on time on activities and provide relevant management information as required. /li liResponsible for the task management and performance of the Service Technicians and Drivers on a day-to-day basis. /li liDeveloping and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. /li liAccountability for all engineering matters onsite regardless of discipline. /li liInteract with and motivate the workforce. /li liKeep up-to-date the necessary professional knowledge through self-study and participation in training sessions. /li liPlanning, organizing and optimizing recurrent and ad hoc Dept activities. /li liCarry out inspections of installations in accordance with the applicable standards. /li liManaging the local stock supplies, including the timely ordering of necessary materials for the work to be carried out. /li liEnsure order and cleanliness at the workplace and in the service car/truck. /li liCustomer liaison and communications link to other colleagues, including looking for opportunities for business development, and ensuring correct and complete customer paperwork. /li liFull compliance with all HS requirements, including use of correct PPE at all times. /li liGuarantee our rapid deployment CCTV security systems. /li liRecurrent activities set up planning and execution coordination. /li liActively participating to Group meeting and activities. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liTechnically skilled: Experience of using tools and technology to achieve results. /li liLanguage skills: native Italian speaker, advanced English skills. /li liQuality-oriented: Committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality.
